I feel like I’m taking pictures of these incredible, colorful (at least the males are) lizards the same way some visitors to the u.s.ofa. take pictures of squirrels!
I’m fascinated with how frequently they just appear along a busy street or a tall wall along an unpaved roadway, pausing along their path to bob their little heads and then speed off, disappearing as suddenly as they appeared.
